2. Intellectual Property (IP)

All coaching materials, including but not limited to PDF notes, video lectures, mock test questions, and proprietary strategies, are the intellectual property of MarinerGuide.

• You are granted a single-user license for personal study.
• Strict Prohibition: Any redistribution, recording, or sharing of course content on social media, Telegram, or other platforms is strictly prohibited and will lead to legal action and immediate termination of access.

3. Fees and Payments

Enrollment in our premium coaching batches requires the payment of the specified imu cet coaching fees.

• All fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed-upon installment plan before access is granted.
• MarinerGuide uses secure third-party payment gateways; we do not store your credit card or banking information.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our coaching content and the immediate access provided to proprietary materials, fees once paid are generally non-refundable. We encourage students to view our free resources and attend demo sessions (where available) before making a financial commitment.

5. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional decorum during live sessions. Any form of harassment, use of foul language, or disruption of the learning environment will result in a permanent ban from the platform without a refund.

6. User Eligibility

By using this site, you represent that you meet the minimum imu cet exam age limit and academic criteria required for the Merchant Navy, or that you are a parent/legal guardian seeking information for an aspirant.

7. Modifications to Terms

MarinerGuide reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
